‍ A Latino ( Woman ) owned construction company founded in early 2019. The company was a collaborative idea between two individuals seeking a better work-life balance and chasing their dream to create their own construction business. The idea was curated around a desire to want and create financial stability for the family owned business as well as change the construction industry within Michigan. M & I strives to provide quality work, utility, valuable customer service and excellent diversity inclusion in regards to collaborative work amongst the construction industry.
